Warranty Policy

1. Overview

Every Bombae Store product passes a strict multi-point quality check. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect surfaces, our Limited Warranty has you covered.

2. Coverage Period

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, Bombae Store products carry a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date noted in your tracking record.

3. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (stitching, zips, hardware, electronics).
  • Functional failure of components under normal, intended use.
  • Missing parts discovered upon unboxing (reported within 48 hours of delivery).

4. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, scuffs, scratches, colour fading.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality.
  • Consumables and accessories (e.g., batteries, cables) beyond six months.
  • Damage due to airline handling or third-party transit once checked-in.

5. Making a Claim

  1. E-mail support@bombaestore.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Our QC team will respond within 2 business days with troubleshooting tips or a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
  3. If a return is approved, we’ll arrange a free reverse pick-up (serviceable pincodes) or provide a self-ship address. Keep the original packaging if possible.

6. Resolution Options

After inspection, Bombae Store will at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item to factory standard.
  • Replace the item with the same or equivalent model.
  • Issue store credit or a refund if repair/replace is not feasible.

Typical resolution time: 5–7 business days after the item reaches our service hub.

7. Out-of-Warranty Service

For damages outside the warranty scope, we offer paid repair services subject to spare-part availability. Shipping costs both ways are borne by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bombae Store’s liability is limited to the product’s purchase price. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
