1. Easy 7‑Day Window

If you’re not 100% thrilled with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Past that, we assume the item has found its forever home.

2. Eligibility Checklist

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags, accessories, freebies, and the branded box/pouch are intact.
  • Return request is raised from the original e‑mail or phone number used at checkout.

3. What Can’t Be Returned

  • Final‑sale or clearance items labeled “Non‑Returnable”.
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., masks, earbuds) once the seal is broken.
  • Customised or personalised merchandise.
  • Digital gift cards.

4. Return & Exchange Matrix

*Reverse pick‑ups cover 12,000+ pincodes. We’ll let you know during the request.
**Fee waived if you opt for store credit instead of a refund.

5. How to Raise a Request

  1. Mail support@bombaestore.com with your order number, reason, and clear photos (for damages).
  2. We’ll reply in 24 business hours with a return airway bill or self‑ship address.
  3. Pack the item securely; affix the label; hand it to the courier or ship it yourself.
  4. Once it reaches our QC team, we’ll process the exchange or refund as requested.

6. Refund Modes

  • Online payments: back to the original source (UPI, card, wallet) within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash‑on‑Delivery: via Bank Transfer or 100% Instant Store Credit.
  • Store Credit: never expires and can be split across orders.

7. Fair Use Policy

We keep returns painless, but we also watch for patterns of misuse. Excessive or fraudulent returns may result in shipping fees or account suspension at our discretion.
