1. Order Processing

3. Courier Partners

We partner with Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart and other leading logistics providers to ensure reliable, real‑time tracking and secure handling of every parcel.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be e‑mailed/texted to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect in the courier’s system.

5. Address Changes

Need to tweak your shipping address? E‑mail us at support@bombaestore.com within one hour of placing the order. Changes requested later may delay dispatch or require cancellation and re‑ordering.

6. Unexpected Delays

Festive rush, extreme weather, or regional lockdowns can occasionally slow deliveries. If your parcel hasn’t moved for 48 hours or hasn’t arrived within the promised window, please contact us and we’ll escalate the issue immediately.

7. Undeliverable & RTO Shipments

If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts, your parcel will return to our facility. We will reach out for reconfirmation; re‑shipping may attract an additional fee equal to the original shipping cost.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International delivery will be announced soon—stay tuned!

9. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Please refuse delivery if the outer packaging appears torn, punctured, or tampered with. Record a short unboxing video and e‑mail it to support@bombaestore.com within 24 hours so we can investigate and arrange a swift replacement or refund.
